I Aim For The Twenty But Hit The MC

I aim for the twenty, but hit the MC.
I'm doubting that darts will launch me to fame.
It must be bad luck. How tough can it be?
I aim for the twenty, but hit the MC.
I can't let it get the better of me.
I work hard in practice then play the next game.
I aim for the twenty, but hit the MC.
I'm doubting that darts will launch me to fame.
Snakebite

My favourite darts player is called Peter Wright,
as you never quite know what hair to expect.
He has talent and flair and plenty of fight.
My favourite darts player is called Peter Wright,
as his hair changes colour and he’s known as ‘Snakebite.’
A future world champion? Yes, I’d have a bet.
My favourite darts player is called Peter Wright,
as you never quite know what hair to expect.

Darts Is Fun, But Not As Easy As It Seems

Darts is fun, but not as easy as it seems.
I tend to hit the one much more than twenty or the teens.
Sometimes others tell me I’m the worst they’ve ever seen.
I never got on Bullseye as my darts hit Tony Green.
Darts is fun, but not as easy as it seems.
Perhaps I should get healthier and stay off the Peak Freans.
I tend to hit the one much more than twenty or the teens.
I'm 40 yet unable to make the junior team.
Darts is fun, but not as easy as it seems.
I still get so affected by my doubles partner’s screams.
Sometimes others say tell me I’m the worst they’ve ever seen.
I never got on Bullseye as my darts hit Tony Green.

Darts! Darts! Darts!

Sometimes when you picture hearts,
I picture darts.
Sometimes when you seem too keen,
I think of Tony Green.
Sometimes when you want our love to forge,
I think of Bobby George.
Sometimes when you talk of foreign aid,
I think about James Wade.
Sometimes when you talk about surprises,
I picture Bullseye’s prizes.
Sometimes when you need a big embrace
I only think of 'Old Stoneface'.
Sometimes when you want some hanky panky
I never think about Ted Hankey -
(I'm not that daft!)
